So you now have an uncollected debt with Apple! You need to speak to Apple Support directly and clear the issue. I think that you will now find that your account is frozen and you can't even download free apps.

i accidentally press the plan 2,990. it was free for 3days but supposedly I will cancel it. but Ididn't, but good thing my account was below na subscription price so it didn't push through. I immediately cancel it and deleted the application. but my question is, will it be deducted if I have a sufficient balance even though I already cancelled it and deleted the applecation?

If you don't choose a subscription plan, it should not renew.
