How to factory reset a iPhone 12 Max Pro that’s in demo mode using the buttons only?

I have a iPhone 12 Max Pro that I purchased off line but seem to be stuck in demo mode and can’t get it to reset or get out of demo mode. So how do I factory reset my phone using just the buttons? Or how do I get it out of Demo mode so that way I can use it to its full advantage?
