I'm trying to help my friend unlock her iPhone X or XS using my MacBook Air which her baby accidentally disabled. None of these instructions provided seem to work and I'm left with hefty data bill!
can somebody help us out? we don't have apple shops and/or experts

I did so many times. The process keeps repeating after update completion but iPhone is still locked
