iPhone 12 Pro low disk space error

This 12 Pro has 74GB used of 256GB. The attached error message shows occasionally. Any ideas on how to stop this?

Which version of iOS is running on your iPhone?

Does this error only occur when trying to download photos or have you seen a similar error with other content on your device?

14.8, and when working with Photos.

Another issue is the iPhone name resets itself constantly. The name has been personalized under General>About>Name many times, and it always reverts to "iPhone"
