Activation Locked iPhone

Good evening pls I’m bought a used iPhone from someone which was not having factory reset so what we did was that he just signed out and deleted his things manually and I also signed in I used the phone for some time but could not see software update and factory reset till I connect it with a WiFi to browse the following day I show a message that click yes to update to new vision which I did after loading it asked me of iCloud which I entered mine but it did not respond to that it was asking for first user iCloud and password which I don’t also know and I can’t also find the guy I bought the phone from

You will have to contact the person who’s Apple ID is associated with the iPhone to unlock it. We cannot help and neither can Apple. Sorry:(

You bought a phone which you will never be able to use again. Either get your money back or recycle the phone. Apple will NOT help you. We cannot help you. If the person you bought the phone from cannot remove Activation Lock, the phone is utterly, completely useless.
