Apple support from App

Is the server down? Does anyone else have the issue that the server or network is down try again later when using the apple support app to access any of its functions. I have been trying for the last 12 hours.

We understand you're not able to connect to the Apple Support app. Are you able to connect if using another network such as Wi-Fi? We would also recommend the steps in the following article that may help:


If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services

Thanks for your reply, No unfortunately has nothing to do with cell or wifi networks, it does seem to be an issue with Apple Support. After a few attempts you are requested to call apple support with the numbers of all the countries available. I was able to arrange a handset repair via that call, the main reason I was requiring the app. Even after a software update the issue remains. I am able to access ICloud via the webpage just not via apple support app.
