Apple Pay declining on CIBC cards... CIBC says it's an Apple Pay issue...

Is anyone having issues with apple pay declining debit purchases?

I downloaded the new update this morning and now Apple Pay declines everytime.

CIBC says it's on the apple pay side of things....

Not sure what to do, Wife has debit card and now i'm stuck at a gas station.... lol

iPhone 7, iOS 14
