Unable to update iPhone 11 Pro Max
I am unable to install the downloaded update on my phone. It keeps telling me I am no longer connected to the internet and I am connected to the internet

If you have used a beta version, delete the beta profile.
Otherwise, check: Settings - General - iPhone Storage - check here for an iOS update file. Delete the file.
Check again for the correct iOS version (14.8).

I tried that and still get the same error message

Unfortunately the only update I seem able to download is the 14.7
i can’t seem to have the 14.8 connect to my phone
Settings > General > iPhone Storage > find the iOS 14.7 update in the the list, and delete it.
Then re-request the software update.
Never mind, I fixed it, I had to not only delete this update version but do as you had said (delete beta profile)
