I just got an unknown charge from Apple Card
Just got a charge on bank statements for Apple Card I do not have and never applied for one

If you literally mean what you said - your bank showed a withdrawal from your account to a party that looks like “Applecard GSBank”, then someone got your bank account number and linked it to their Apple Card. Contact your bank immediately.
Somehow I suspect you actually mean something else.
