So I know my Apple ID and password but they are sending me a code to the phone number that I have in the account but I don’t have that phone any more how can I log in

So I know my Apple ID and password, I’m trying to log in, in a different cell phone because I don’t have the other phone any more but they are sending me a code to that phone number that I don’t have any more
