Macbook not compatible on Crestron system?

Hi, I'm working in SMU. My teaching staff have issue using their macbook in classroom. It works fine with Windows notebook. For your info, my classroom is running on Crestron system.

Appreciate any help from the experts here. I will be glad to invite your tech officer to come and test macbook in my classroom. :)
