How do I download an App? I see the word Get at the top right, but it is not active.

Unavailability:
It is not available in your location. Note that not all apps are variable in all locations. This is due to licenses restrictions between Apple and the Developer.
Balance Too Low:
Consider increasing the balance on your Apple account.
