What is the problem with iPhone 11?

My iPhone 11 is getting black screen and turns to be unresponsive. There is something wrong.. I noticed that the touch also is facing problems; and the audio sometimes doesn’t work. My god!!! Im tired to have defective products from Apple.

Try to take the fresh backup of your device and then restore it to factory settings to make sure the issue you are experiencing is real, if it still happens book an appointment to apple store.
