Change voicemail

I’d like to get rid of the playing of my personal name and voice recording of that name for my voicemail greeting on iphone11. I’d prefer to return to an automated message that does not display my name or voice. I’ve gone through the voicemail settings several times but continue to hear my voice saying my name. How do I change that? Help much appreciated!

Voicemail greeting won’t change I made a voicemail when I was younger and I’m trying to change it. When I go onto voicemail and press greeting to change it, I record a new voicemail, press save but I still doesn’t change. Is there a way to reset a voicemail completely?

VoiceMail (Visual or Normal) is a Carrier Specific feature. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
