it says bootcamp does not support the version of my device I was trying to install bootcamp assistant in my Mac Mini M1 Big Sur and it says 'This Mac does not support BootCamp'. Anyone wants to shed some light please?

Because the M1 uses a CPU that is not supported. Completely different hardware than the Intel Macs. There is no version of Windows that runs on a M1 processor.
