Old shipping address on UK iphone order.

I ordered my new iphone via the Apple store app. My details (address etc) on my account are all up to date but the order has gone through to 'processing' with my previous address on it. I tried phoning but it sends me to my account on the web where I can't edit the address. Does anyone know how I can get them to ship to the right address?

You should have received an email confirmation with your order. At the top of that email is your order number (in blue). Click the order number and you should see where you can update or make changes. If that doesn't work for you, use the Get Support button at the top of this page to contact Apple directly.

I've been through all those steps. Logged into my account on line where the order is processing (btw, in the Apple support doc, it says I can edit my delivery address when my order shows as 'Processing' but I can't edit any details.

I tried the support line and it only sends me to my order (same place where I can't edit) and the phone support is an automated voice that also sends me back to the same page. I'm just going round in circles. The bit that puzzles me is that my account address was updated 2 years ago but they are shipping to my old address.
