The Apple TV app may not be supported on Comcast TV streaming device hardware, but it would be supported on other devices though Comcast as ISP.
Select newer models TV may have access to the Apple TV app among their smart apps.
Other models TV will need to connect to an external streaming device with the Apple TV app.
