Hii! So I’ve been wanting to update my phone but it’s been telling me I’m “no longer connected to the internet” when clearly I am. I just want to update so I can connect my new Apple Watch to my phone. I need ASAP help !

If it continues to offer iOS 14.7, then you likely have a Beta profile installed. iOS 14 Betas ended at 14.7. You should always remove the Profile once the Beta is over.
Go to Settings->General->Device Management & Profiles and delete the Beta Profile, go back to Storage and Delete the 14.7 download, restart your iPhone and try to update again.
If it continues to offer iOS 14.7, then you likely have a Beta profile installed. iOS 14 Betas ended at 14.7. You should always remove the Profile once the Beta is over.

iOS 14.7 is no longer available to update to so it will never complete. The current version is 14.8
Go into Settings->General->iPhone Storage, and look for the iOS 14.7. installer, and delete it from there by tapping on the (i) icon next to its name and then on Delete.
Then go back to Settings->General->Software Update and try to update again.
Post back if it continues to offer iOS 14.7 after those steps.
Force restart your iPhone then try again.
Remove the beta profile from it.
