App store terms and conditions not loading

Trying to update apps on my phone. Appstore shows a pop up requesting to accept the new policy but the policy page never loads. Its just a blank gray screen.


Tried restarting phone.

Tried signing off iCloud/appstore, then restarted phone, singned in to appstore but problem still exists.


Could you please help me troubleshoot.

Hi,


We understand you are not able to update apps due to not being able to accept the terms and conditions. If you go to Settings > Name (Apple ID) > Media and Purchases, sign out. Try to download a free app then continue with the prompts. Are you now able to accept the terms? If not, we recommend that you reach out to Apple Support directly. Get help where you are. Choose a product and we’ll connect you to an expert by phone, chat, email, and more. Please reach out here:
