How can I deauthorize other computers so as to authorize this computer that I am using now?

I am trying to authorize this computer so as to open and use my iTunes account, however I am being told that I can only authorize five computers at a time and I need to deauthorize other computers, but I have no way of doing so as of right now...

Windows, Windows 10
