Me and my girlfriend have both tried to get the new iPhone, but we have both got declined twice by the Barclays finance even though we have great credit scores and already have finance with Barclays?

I am no authority, but here’s my experienced guess. No, your credit score is not affected by unsuccessful transactions. These transactions are never actually concluded.
You might consider contacting Barclays if this is still occurring.
There were issues several hours ago with credit purchases at the Apple Store (online). Try again if you haven’t tried recently. The issues were resolved about four hours ago.
