Someone is using phone number, I'm wondering how this is possible? Is there a way to find out who? I have already contacted att.

No one here can look into this. This is a user to user only forum. Apple can't even look into it if they were here.
But you have now posted your cell number along with other personal phone numbers in a public forum, visited by people from all around the world, which is not wise. NEVER post personal information in a public forum. I have asked the forum hosts to delete your personal information for your protection.
Contact your cellular provider for help here.
Would you please look into it and let me know who is using this number. There are lots of my cell phone number on that I did not make ! I see many numbers fro m April until now both incoming and outgoing from my number to the number. I would like to know who is using my number. Thanks
