Can I watch Apple TV+ with my Apple TV device 6.2.1?
I have an old Apple TV device. Looks like software is 6.2.1. Can I watch Apple TV on this device?

No. If its running 6.2.1 is a second generation Apple TV, and is too old for the Apple Tv+ Subscription service which requires TV Software 7.3 at least on a 3rd Generation Apple TV.
