I saw this in many search since 2019 already, but Apple does not seem to solve this problem.
To reproduce, hey Siri use Google maps to navigate to City hall.
it will keep spinning and hang there.
If you manually type city hall in google maps it will work, or if you use Siri to find places using Apple maps, that works too. So the problem is definitely coming from Siri and Google map. Please help fix this issue once and for all.
I m from Toronto, Canada, and I said this: "Hey Siri, use Google maps to navigate to McCowan station"

One other fact, l notice if I try this at home, it will work. But if I try on the street then it fails. I can use Chrome to do searches so internet is working, so this is definitely something wrong with Siri...
Siri needs the internet to execute a command. Also, what command did you give?
Also, obviously I have internet. I can search other stuffs, browse stocks too, just Siri with google maps is giving issues.
