Green Day's - Bullet In A Bible problem

When I saw Green Day's Bullet in a Bible video album online I wanted to buy it (yes I had my account set to PayPal). It wouldn't let me purchase the album. I'm getting an error saying The iTunes Music Store is unable to process purchases at this time. message in a dialoge box. It also says credit card processing is temporarily unavailable. So I gifted it to myself in which the payment went fine.

Now when I try to use the gift purchase from my email
Two big problems:
1. Trying to redeem the gift link in email, it fires-up some webobjects script in Safari which triggers iTMS with my gift code but it says it has already been used. NOT!
2. The Green Day video album is now short one song. In fact if you look at the playlist in iTMS it's missing track #1, it starts at track #2 and says Partial Album. At one time I was able to go to the page with all 15 tracks via the rotating link on the front page and this partial one with 14 tracks.

I'm getting the stall in Apple emails. I changed my purchasing to Credit Card and still can't get the free music downloads, getting the same error message. This bites!

If you go to the Green Day page the video album isn't even listed. You'll have to do a search for Bullet In A Bible.
