I’m using my cellular apple watch 6 with T-mobile carrier. I left my phone home but I couldn’t make a call or receive any phone call from apple watch. Anyone have any advice?

Had cellular connectivity problems with a Watch a while back.
That case resulted from problems within the carrier's database for the account.
Assuming the previously-linked set-up documentation was followed, and assuming adequate cellular coverage (say, two or more green dots) is showing on the Watch signal-strength display where you're testing, check with T-Mobile; with your carrier.
It was all set up. When I tried calling, it showed called end.
Yes, it shows 4 green dots of signal. I received the text message but not the phone call.
