Robokiller app will not deactivate completely. I have canceled subscription in settings even though I used for less than the one week trial, removed it from my phone but it is still screening and taking vm that I cannot see. Please advise. Nicole

Let's check and see if the app is still on the device.
Swipe left until you arrive at the App Library. Tap in the top search area. This should present a screen that has all the apps in alphabetical order. Scroll down and check if the app is there.
