My iPad Pro win't update to 14.8. It says 14.7.1 is up to date. How do I force it

How do I force and update from iPadOS from 14.7.1 to 14.8? It keeps telling me that it's up to date at 14,7,1

Remove the beta profile from it and check that it can properly communicate with Apple's servers.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately the problem isn't the ability to update. The problem is when I check, it just tells me I'm up to date with 14.7.1
