Hello! I know the new iPhone 13s are not being released for another week or two, but do the Apple stores have them in now as display so one can look at them and get a better idea of which one they might want to use before ordering it? Thanks!

Nope. They won't be put on display until launch day, the 24th.
If you've ever seen or held an iPhone 12 Pro Max or 12 Pro or 12, they are pretty much the same size.
