Why doesn’t this also cover iPhone SE 2016?

It shows you are running iOS 14 in your specs. Apparently you're not out of luck, you just need to update to iOS 14.8.

Well, current technologies weren't even dreamed of back in 2016 and it's expected that these older devices don't support today's operating systems. Technology marches on.
