Does Apple give a global warranty for its devices?
If I buy an iPhone from Dubai, is it under warranty in countries like India, USA etc.

No. Apple has never had International Warranty on iPhone. Never. If you buy a phone in one country and you live in a different country and you need warranty repair or replacement, the phone will need to be physically returned to the country of purchase. And you can't ship it there.
