Hi everyone, I have pre ordered an iPhone 13 pro max on launch day and received an email confirmation for the order which states 24 September, however when I check the Apple store app, it shows as “arrives” with no estimated delivery date. Is this glitch in the system or is this something I should be worried about? Thank you!
Hi, in the end I received my product on the expected delivery date of 24th September! So not to worry I think once the item is shipped the order status will update accordingly.

Any updates on this? I had the same issue but since I live in the EU my order was supposed to arrive on the 27th but now it’s blank like yours. I placed my order the instant the store went up too.
