Can't set live wallpapers on iPad

Why does iPad can’t set the wallpapers live?

iPads don't have live/dynamic wallpaper: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/25182112, https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/ipad/ipad997d908e/ipados

The only device with live/dynamic wallpaper is the iPhone.
