Data storage and sharing of earth and ECG app

I bought Apple Watch and I have few questions.

Is the Apple Watch storing earth rate and loading on iPhone when in the nearby of the phone?

Is possible to extract heart rate data and share to a doctor?

Is possible to share ECG data and share with a doctor?

ECG Scan storage on Apple Watch Hey!! I am a retailer of Apple devices and am currently working with a hospital. They want 20 Apple Watches to monitor the cardiac patiens, having them use the ECG scans for a couple weeks and then analyzing the data. I cant find the answer to this anywhere but is it possible to use the ECG function numerous times over a longer period of time without an Iphone? In other words, is there a limit to the number of ECG's you can store locally on the apple watch? Thanks!

Data sharing I am using a Samsung galaxy watch active 2 on a daily basis and it has almost all similar features of an Apple Watch . I was wondering why the data for heart rate monitoring and other data is not shared by the health app. It would be really useful as the devices are connected and access to data is allowed. Is there any way to obtain the data in health app?
