Need to delete apps

My iPhone 7 Plus storage is full but can’t delete apps! Someone posted there were restrictions but didn’t explain how to change it.

Please check: Settings - Screen Time - Content & Privacy Restrictions - iTunes & App Store Purchases - Deleting Apps = Allow.

Deleting apps when i try to remove an app it only shows me that i can delete it from Home Screen and then went to settings >general> iPhone storage to delete from there but it doesn’t show me the delete button and then went to screen time to check the restrictions but deleting apps was allowed and I reset my iPhone and nothing changes ..
