Profile Icon missing in Setting Big Slur 11.6

All of a sudden,Profile icon is missing from Setting panel. Im using macOS Big Sur 11.6.

Any help?

MacBook Air (2020 or later)

Check in System Preferences >> Users & Groups >> your Account. Were you using a Custom Picture? Do you have access to the Custom Picture ?? If - Yes to both >> Add it back
