Aside from misusing the first and last name fields (and entering business info in them instead of the field it belongs in), I am desperate for a way to see my contact list - including the business name. I cannot fathom that Apple would not have this feature when so many companies are using Apple for work now 🤷🏻♀️

If you don’t enter a first and last name it will display and sort on the business name.
I do not want to lose my business contact name either. What I would like to see is both Business name and the contact name in my contacts list. The fields are present, I want to see both pieces of information displayed.
You can search for the business name, which will list all contacts at that business.
