Yes, I have connected to another iphone as well as my mac. It is the same result, the side with the power has no sound. It started about two weeks ago. But when it's plugged in with the cable, the sound does work. I also tried to update the firmware but had issues connecting it. When I go to the beats update, I just see a spinning logo. I already followed the various options listed on the link including checking the sound settings on a mac and resetting it. Thank you for your help in trying to figure it out. They are only a little over a year old and have been quite well taken care of.
