You didn't answer my questions. Turn off the VPN and try again. Do you not have access to Wifi directly? Using a Hotspot is not the same as having actual Wifi.
Why not? What happens when you try? What error message do you get? Are you connected to Wifi? Is your battery charged at least to 50% or higher? Do you have a VPN on your phone? Turn it off if you do. Have you previously been on Beta software? Remove the Beta profile, then try again.

This iPhone 11, battery is totally charged, I tried to load as the directions have instructed, I’m not getting any messages, there’s no response of any kind! Hotspot on & present for iPhone
I did answer!! I’m connected to WiFi!!
The phone battery is fully charged!
VPN is on! will turn off VPN….
