How can I switch my watch to other devices?

Multiple watches can be paired to a single iPhone but not the other way around. You Will have to unpair the watch from the current iPhone and then pair it to the new iPhone. Then repeat this procedure every time you want to switch iPhones. You can only pair a watch to an iPhone, not any other devices like an iPad or Mac.
