Hello Apple,

Allow me to introduce myself my name is Egbert Habes and I'm living in The Netherlands.

I would like to report a bug or just a lack of not want too to support for windows 10 ?!

After some recently updates of Itunes on a Windows computer in the hope that I can connect my Iphone 7 and having a normal update of it. I still see a window appear that the lousy I tunes is not able to complete its progress because of fault "0000-xxxx". If it is not able too and why is there no update to solve this ? I see this message all the time and yes the battery is almost fully charged when I try to ! Futhermore, it is very anyoying to see the message appear when the Iphone is ready to receive its update ?

Mr. Apple please solve this ???
