Vat tax
I’m from houston texas, actually i was planning to buy the new iphone 13 pro max, A friend of mine told me if i’ll buy the iphone giving cash at the apple store, i wont be charged with the vat. Is this true ?

No, not true. Apple by law, must collect the taxes required by the state and city where the store is located. Whether you pay with cash or credit will not change this.
