I want to change my email having a hard time figuring it out! I can`t buy and music on itunes!

To change the email for your Apple ID, go to appleid.apple.com and update your email address (and any other new information).
Not sure why the email would affect buying music at the iTunes Store. Are you following the steps in here? Buy music from the iTunes Store - Apple Support
