I don’t have a voicemail tab on my phone settings. I’m trying to set up visual voicemail
How do I get to my voicemail settings to turn on visual voicemail? It isn’t listed under my phone app!

At the top left of this thread is an Apple article related to your question.
Read that article, and see if the carrier in your region supports Visual Voicemail.
