Order Status

Hello,


I purchased an Apple TV 4K 64GB and a Home Pod on August 20th, 2021. I received an email that the items were sent via FedEx Express. Unfortunately, FedEx parcels do not come straight to us in American Samoa. Instead, they go to New Zealand and wait until there is an outgoing flight to Samoa and/or American Samoa. Since New Zealand, Samoa, and American Samoa's borders are closed, there is no incoming flight from New Zealand. American Samoa has only been able to receive our mail via USPS.


Hence, I have not received my package and it is stuck in New Zealand. I've tracked it and it says that they are not sure when the order will be delivered (order WW7778382121) and this is because we have no incoming flights from New Zealand coming anytime soon.


Therefore, my question is, could you please cancel that order and request that FedEx send that package back to you? Then could you send another order to me via USPS Priority mail please? If it's sent that way, I should get the items within two weeks. I really wanted to have my items this September because I was going to use them in my classroom.
