Right AirPod Pro not working

Right AirPod Pro not working

I have disconnected, reset, turned off phone, etc. several times. Still my left AirPod works well but Right does not. No sound at all comes from it. Says it is 100% charged.

iPhone 5, iOS 8

Right AirPod is fully charged. Have reset, etc - still not working. When I try noise cancellation it says both air pods are not in ears - which they are. No sound comes from right AirPod. Any suggestions??
