Can I change the time Dark Mode automatically starts?

How can I make Dark Mode start earlier in the evening automatically on my Mac Mini?

Mac mini 2018 or later

Turn OFF dark mode--completely and forever! My problem is turning off dark mode completely. I see the "auto" selection as well as dark and light. Even when I choose "light," the screen ALWAYS goes to dark at a certain light level automatically anyway. I want to choose light manually and keep it that way. I'm using Mac OS Big Sur.

Sadly, there is no way to automate it at a different time.
