When removing windows and restore will other data be deleted

Have windows installed on a MBAir 2011 and wanna remove it ti gain more memory. When deleting with boot camp and hitting restore, does it also affect my other Mac data?

No, but create a Time Machine backup of macOS, before you make any changes.
