2 external monitors with 2 usb-c to hdmi not working
I have two usb-c to hdmi converters. When i connect both displays only one works. If i disconect one of them, then the other starts to work.
It is happening on a Macbook Air M1

A M1 MacBook Air/Pro can only have 1 external display.

I never thought this will be a limitation. A 6 year old intel macbook supports dual monitor. Why M1 can´t afford it?

Different hardware, processor, power, lots of reasons.
No lo creo. From an electronic point of view, it can easily run with many displays. It is another trick to make people buy expensive models
