I ordered iPad 9th Gen from Apple India Yesterday Morning through Paytm Payment's Bank UPI. My Money got deducted but order was not placed. Neither I received any email. What is process of refund? It requires how much time?

If you read the forum posts you will see any people complain about using UPI with Apple, at least in terms of payments being very slow in being acknowledged..
Already 9 days completed, still didn't received any refund or order number...
